Brianna Marie & Co. Terms & Conditions Effective October 1, 2010 Terms: Brianna Marie & Co. accepts the following terms: Credit Card (American Express, VISA or MasterCard), Money Order, Cashiers Check, or payments through the PayPal payment system. All international orders are on a PayPal basis only. All billing will appear from The Princess Store. Minimums: There are no minimum order requirements. Individual item quantity minimums will vary. Please see each for more details. Resellers Only: Brianna Marie & Co. products are priced at wholesale rates and are intended for commercial resellers only. Shipping: All orders are shipped FOB Temecula, CA via UPS Ground or USPS. Expedited shipping options are available upon request. For UPS Collect shipments, please provide UPS Account # with your order. Backorders: Brianna Marie & Co. back orders all out of stock merchandise. All back orders will ship when merchandise has come back into stock. Collections: Any costs incurred by Brianna Marie & Co. in an effort to collect unpaid due payment (collections fees, attorney fees, court fees) will be charged directly to the customer. Returns: Brianna Marie & Co. only accepts returns of wrongly-shipped goods or defective items. All claims must be made within 48hrs of receipt. Claims are not accepted without an RA number (please contact Brianna Marie & Co. customer service for RA number). RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Customer will receive merchandise credit only upon receipt of merchandise. Credit received may be used towards a future order. Any orders returned without a RA number will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Refused Orders: A customer who refuses an order will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs incurred by Brianna Marie & Co. will be paid by customer. California Orders: All California businesses must have a validated sellers permit number on file before any opening orders are processed. If a customer is based in California and places a new order, the customer will be contacted and requested to submit a California sellers permit number to Brianna Marie & Co after the order has been placed. The submitted number will be validated with the California State Board of Equalization.
